Agreement to Terms

Welcome to HintoHinto ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing and using our website and puzzle games (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Game Rules and Fair Play

Our games are designed for entertainment purposes. While we track game progress and scores locally on your device:

• Scores and progress are stored locally in your browser
• Clearing browser data will reset your progress
• We reserve the right to modify game mechanics, scoring, or content at any time
• No monetary prizes or rewards are offered for game performance
• Using cheats, exploits, or automated tools is prohibited

Advertising and Third-Party Content

Our Service displays advertisements from third-party advertising networks. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We use third-party advertising services (such as PropellerAds/MonetAg) to display ads

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

Severability

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HintoHinto regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
